Will there be a refund in the event of defective or incorrect products received?
We do not provide monetary refunds. Instead, we will propose a one-to-one exchange, or store credits for your next purchase with us.
How soon can I expect my products to be delivered?
Our standard delivery time is 2–3 working days from the date of your order, subject to the location. Please check with our customer service team via WhatsApp before proceeding with your order.
What are your delivery fees?
Our delivery fee is a flat rate of $35, but we offer free delivery for orders of $250 or more.
Can I request customised packaging?
Yes, we do. Kindly send an email to enquiry@banteckhan.com.sg detailing the material required, quantity required, dimensions & reference photo.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have standardized our MOQ for all products to one carton.
